What happens when I book a home visit?
The survey takes approximately one hour, our surveyor will assess your current bathroom and will go through options that best suit your needs.
There is no hard sale, we are passionate and confident in solving your requirements and never ask for an order on our visit.
Once the surveyor leaves we will email or post you a detailed specification and designs.
How does Aquaneed select its product?
We have access to a wide range of options but will only offer those products that will suit your specific needs and the space available. With our wealth of experience we are confident in knowing which products to recommend.
Do you offer a full installation service?
Aquaneed offers a complete bathroom adaptation service, covering London and the home counties.

Our surveyor will recommend the most suitable products based on your specific needs and requirements.
How do i know the product will fit?
We provide dimensions and specifications for each product, but you may need to consider electrical supplies, water supplies, waste runs etc.
If we are installing, these matters will be dealt with on our survey visit.
If you are purchasing supply only then this is your responsibility.
