As a business, our number one goal is to look after the well-being of our clients and our teams. That’s why we, as a business, have been following the strictest advice including the implementation of the protocols advised by public health authorities and the Public Health England (PHE).
All of our employees and sub-contractors are fully aware of the current requirements and are undertaking extreme levels of every health and safety procedure, to ensure that the highest possible hygiene standards are maintained, throughout every aspect of our work.
PLEASE NOTE to date, no member of Aquaneed, family or its associated contractors and family have had any signs or reported symptoms.
We have implemented new guidelines and procedures with regard to any member of our team returning from an affected area – or those who have family members or even housemates that have recently returned from these regions. They have automatically been requested to self-quarantine for fourteen days and then confirm there are no symptoms of any illness.
We will be following developments daily with intense scrutiny and make any adjustments accordingly.
For now, it’s business as usual for our installation teams, with additional hygiene measures in place, as stipulated by Public Health England (PHE), and the UK government. We are looking at working from home, though as you may imagine some of our work force need to have access to documents and be on site to carry out works. None of us has experienced anything like this before, but rest assured we’ll be working hard to make sure there’s as little disruption to our clients as possible. In the spirit of cooperation, wherever possible, we ask that you reciprocate our approach to this unprecedented event.
How we plan to maintain our high level of service to you
- As a specialist construction adaptation company, for the elderly and less able, we are fully aware of our clients and their needs.
- Distancing from clients in their homes to ensure that the 6ft rule is maintained
- Regular hand and soap washing, or latex gloves to be worn
- More telephone calls to the clients to keep them informed of progress of project
- We will continue to undertake works, until advised by local authority of their requirements.
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support and loyalty.
