Aquaneed was founded in 2001 by Richard Caddle, who started his career as a carer before transitioning into the specialist adaptation industry. With a passion for providing high-quality services combined with compassion and care, Richard set up Aquaneed to deliver accessible, easy-to-use bathrooms and showers for those with mobility challenges.

As a small, independent business, we focus on providing personalised, hands-on service. Our contracts manager oversees every project, ensuring that each installation meets our high standards. Whether you're in need of a bathroom adaptation for yourself or a loved one, we offer a wealth of experience and advice to make the process as smooth as possible.

With an office based team, we are always on hand to answer any questions and provide support and guidance though out the process.
